GEN 0 / C7/8 Concrete
GEN 0 or wet lean mix concrete is a versatile mix commonly used in both commercial and domestic projects for a wide range of general applications, non-structural applications.

GEN 1 / C10 Concrete
Gen 1 or C10 concrete is an extremely versatile mix used throughout the construction industry for general and housing applications. This includes un-reinforced strip, trench fill and and agricultural applications.

This standardised mix has a strength rating of 10 newtons after 28 days
GEN 2 / C15 Concrete
GEN 2 concrete or C15 Concrete are perfect If there is no embedded metal in the floors, this concrete type is perfect. It is especially popular for bare finishes where nothing will be used to cover it.

Internal flooring
Paving
Shed Bases
Foundations for conservatories

GEN 3 / C20 Concrete
GEN 3 Concrete or C20 Concrete is best deployed where the ground may not be stable enough, this concrete can be used as a slabbed foundation for anything from homes to caravans.

Foundations for large walls

C25 / ST2 Concrete
C25 concrete and ST2 Concrete can be utilised for flooring or as a mass fill under footings and foundations. Because of its strength it can sometimes be deployed for agricultural purposes.

C30 / St3 / PAV1 Concrete
C30 concrete, ST 3 concrete and PAV1 concrete are the most common types of concrete used for pavement construction. It is an aerated concrete which protects the surface from damage due to freezing temperatures in the winter.

Hard Standings
This standardised mix has a strength rating of 30 newtons after 28 days
C35 / PAV2 Concrete
C35 concrete and PAV2 concrete are heavy duty concretes for high traffic areas. PAV 2 mixes have the added benefit of being aerated to protect outdoor concrete surfaces from damage due to freezing temperatures in the winter.

C40 Concrete
C40 concrete is a strong mix, this concrete can be used for construction of foundations where heavy loads or traffic will be present. It can also be used for structural support beams in construction.
